Join Chattanooga Area Geocachers as we journey to North Georgia for a gathering around a campfire 🔥 where we will roast marshmallows and make s'mores. Let's swap geocaching stories around the campfire, especially the spooky ones, like graveyard caches, night caches or the one about a gigantic spider guarding the container. Wear sturdy shoes and bring a good flashlight for navigation to the fire pit ( it is wheelchair assessable but in the dark we don't want any accidents).
Permission has been granted for this evening event and fire by the pastor of the church and co-CO of the event
After the event ends, there is the opportunity for those that wish to take a brief hike for a nearby night cache. This is NOT a requirement for the event.
