The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Solve the puzzle to obtain the actual coordinates. The cache had to be moved due to construction. The solution is still the same but the certitude checker has the updated coordinates.
I was out geocaching and needed a refreshment. I stopped by 7-11 and grabbed a Big Gulp of my favorite beverage, Dr. Pepper. After I got my drink I sat down to enjoy the refreshing beverage. A strange man came up to me and asked if I was a geocacher. I told him that I was.
He said his name was Septimus and he had hidden a cache nearby. He didn't have a caching account but he loved coming to the Sev. He gave me the following coordinates of where he hid the cache. He wanted more people to see them than just posting them on display at the Sev.
I told him I would post the coordinates and publish the cache so more people can find the cache. Hopefully you understand them better than I did.
