Geocache was hidden in conjunction with the CITO held near the posted coordinates. Geocache is not there but can be found by completing a fun little puzzle
You should not have to take more than one step into the thick stuff to retrieve the container. The goal is to keep this one active til late fall so just a heads up if you solve this ahead of time and waiting to find it another day.
