We take all "Needs Archived" notices seriously.

This geocache listing was brought to my attention as being in need of archival.

Based on information from previous seekers and the fact the CO hasn't been active for such a long period, I have to agree here.
I'm going to skip the "30 day TD" log here and move into archival of this listing.
