Welcome to Newton Neck, the newest addition to the list of Chesapeake City Parks. This cache was placed to draw visitors and attention to this newly acquired park. It's not completely finished, and CITO is encouraged.
Both latches must be released for the cache to open. Please do not release just one and try to pry and bend the container open.
