While surfing the web, I came across this correct and accurate sentence: "This pangram contains four As, one B, two Cs, one D, thirty Es, six Fs, five Gs, seven Hs, eleven Is, one J, one K, two Ls, two Ms, eighteen Ns, fifteen Os, two Ps, one Q, five Rs, twenty-seven Ss, eighteen Ts, two Us, seven Vs, eight Ws, two Xs, three Ys & one Z."
As I thought more and more about it, I realized that I could create a similar type crossword puzzle. (You will NOT be able to find it online unless someone was wading around the muck in my head and then posted what they thought they might have seen.) No clues are needed because the crossword correctly and accurately explains itself just like that sentence. However, the crossword is not a pangram because every letter is not used in the puzzle. See igallery for the puzzle.
Each of the vertical and horizontal answers provides you with the total number of times a specific letter is used in the puzzle. All answers are in the form of: [spelled out number] [blank space] [letter] [s - only if needed].
Examples: “one Q”, “five Ps”, “ten Bs”
The only rule is that every entry must perfectly and accurately describe the correctly completed puzzle. Of course, don't forget the blank space in your answers.
After the puzzle is solved, use the small numbers in the upper left corner to plug the letters into the code below to solve for the final location. (Slight edit to this section on 4/18. Thanks to r.e.s.t.seekers for pointing out the flaw.)

As NYWanderer put it, "Do not be confused by what you get, just shift your perspective a little bit". I know you can solve it from here.
A BIG THANK YOU to ToolRep, for proofing the puzzle.
There is a simple handmade Easter bunny for the FTF.
Congratulations to Carels, r.e.s.t.seekers and Ted28285 on the joint FTF!
