If all this pandemic hassle is really calming down a bit, as it looks like at the time of creating this event listing, I will be travelling for a combination of a bucket list holiday and some work.
I will be in South America for the bucket list holiday and in a few different countries in Europe for work.
So if you've got travel bugs that want to be dropped that side, or if you want your own travel bugs to see those places, you can give them to me at this event and I'll try to sort all of that.
Should the voyage fall through I'm going to need a host of shoulders to cry on and lots of consolation hugs.
This is a relatively new hole in the wall, and when I saw its name it made me chuckle and think I HAVE to organise an event here. Nothing fancy but the menu looks decent enough for a quick bite or just a drink (at your own, very modest, cost) or nothing at all - only enjoying the company will be perfectly acceptable too.
Unfortunately the new event rules mean I have to spoil the surprise and share the name - Woodies.
Parking is recommended at Canal Walk. There's not a lot of street parking nearby but if you don't mind searching for a while and maybe walking a bit further you should come right on the other side of the venue too.
