Geocache Description:

The parking is on the side of the road. This is public shoreline access, use only the public path as other trails are for private homes. To be cautious, do not leave the trail. It is not in the rocks, do not go beyond the cement slab near the ocean, it can be dangerous with high surf but it is well out of reach from the tide taking the cache or you, but know that surf is unpredictable and rogue waves can occur so use caution. Hawaiian thought when next to the ocean is "never turn your back to the ocean". If choose to continue down the path, there are anchaeline ponds with fish on the Lona end of the path. Be careful if you choose to do so, if not just go the cement slab at the waters edge and enjoy the sunset or surf. BRING YOUR OWN PEN!!!
