Gullfoss (translated as "Golden Falls") is one of Iceland's most visited waterfalls, located in the canyon of the river Hvítá.
The water in Hvítá river travels from the glacier Langjökull, before cascading 32 meters (105 feet) down Gullfoss’ two stages.
Gullfoss Falls is part of the Golden Circle along with Geysir and Thingvellir.
An exceptional natural site that is worth a visit and a cache !
