Who can forget all the jokes about Bill Clinton and fast food?

When Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas he would take a morning jog from the Governor’s Mansion to the State Capitol. Often, his morning run would include a stop at this establishment for a breakfast snack and a cup of coffee.

Thirty years ago, in 1992, the Governor, then President-Elect Clinton continued this ritual before heading off to Washington DC. C-SPAN, desperate for programming, filmed one of these morning jogs, complete with the stop at this spot for snacks and glad-handing, and broadcast it to a national audience. Clinton’s fast-food eating habits soon became the talk of (or maybe the joke of) the Nation. It was such a sensation that Phil Hartman did a skit on Saturday Night Live parodying Clinton stopping here at this Little Rock location for breakfast.

Up by the front door of this establishment is a bronze tablet commemorating the presidential Breakfast run. The cache is a pre-form soda bottle hidden in a high muggle area. You shoud be able to park (on the street) within feet of the cache.
