I previously had a series of Stop and Reflect caches in Richmond but archived them when I moved to VB. I am getting them started up again.
This is a devious cache. The name should be all the hint you need. There is parking near the cache but be careful - this is a high-muggle area and the cache placement has very high muggle visibility. BYOP and use your stealthiest stealth!
