Geocache Description:

This is a rare waterfall in Noto that pours directly from the mountains into the sea. The 35-meter drop is also known as the "blow-up waterfall". On days when strong sea breezes blow during the harsh winter season, the waterfall defies gravity and begins to rise toward the sky, sometimes blowing straight up from the mouth of the waterfall. This upside-down waterfall is a wintertime tradition.
