Blue Sky Village II is one of the military dependents' villages adjacent to the Songshan Airport.
After the end of WWII, the Air Force General Hospital and several military dependents' villages were built around the southern region of the airport. Many air force officers' families lived here .
Since the majority of the villages have been transformed into modern public housing, now the residents have become more diverse. You can still find the legacy of Blue Sky Village II at a bird singing park. And we put a cache to mark it.
This cache lodges in one big tree. It looks up at the blue sky, as well as connecting all the good people and things on this land.
「藍天二村」原屬「通航聯隊舊址改建基地」的一部份，原居住此地的眷村居民多為空軍眷屬。
松山機場基地南側，由於陸續興建空軍醫院及眷村，周邊景象自成一格。松山機場附近眷村，由西至東有松山新村、慈恩七村、平安新村、藍天二村、藍天新村、婦聯六村、婦聯五村、婦聯四村、誠一新村、撫遠新村等。
許多眷村歷經時代變遷，配合政府推動老舊眷村改建的政策，更新為國宅或公共設施用地，例如松山新城、延壽國宅、平安新城、健康新城、西松高中等。同時為了社區綠化，部分區域保留作為公園。
我們的寶仰望著藍天，連接一棵美麗的樹，立足於這塊土地上，美好的人事物藏在它的心中，陪伴它一起成長。
