Wyoming is my adopted state, with Torrington, Goshen County, as my adopted town. I have finally started hiding caches and wanted to see more mystery types, so I'm creating a Mystery Cache hide in each community in Goshen County. The physical caches shouldn't be too hard to locate, and the Mystery puzzles can all be solved from home with a little research. They are probably on the simple end of the spectrum and may be suitable to introduce new geocachers to mystery puzzles.

When driving through town, looking for a cache location, I noticed they are working on several projects in town.
They got a new water tower in December, 2021.
They also installed a series of story boards along Main Street, where children can walk from one board to the next to read a short story.
And speaking about children's stories....

The posted coordinates will take you to the Town Hall.
I have permission to place this cache.
However, the town is small, so we only have to figure out the last 3 digits of the minutes for both the North and West coordinates.
