IJVO gadget cache 
BELANGRIJK: Voor deze gadget cache moet je een eigen volle 9V blokbatterij meenemen om de correcte combinatie van het slot te vinden. Wanneer je VIER groene lampjes ziet dan heb je de nummers om het slot te openen. Je hoeft niets te rekenen of te beredeneren. Ik probeer een opgeladen 9v reservebatterij onder de opklabare bovenste klep te bewaren.
In het weiland waar je op uitkijkt aan de andere kant van de weg, vindt elk jaar een enorm spektakel plaats. De IJsselsteinse Vakantie Ontspanning (IJVO) organiseert de bouw van een enorm huttendorp van houten pallets door 1850 basisschoolkinderen en 450 vrijwilligers. Ik help daar al mee dan 20 jaar als vrijwilliger om een week 'mijn wijk' te vermaken met sport&spel, toneel, knutselen en chillen in de hutten. Als je de laatste week van de zomervakantie hier aan het cachen bent, dan kun je de kinderen aan de overkant zien en horen.
Deze cache is ook een combinatie van sport (geocaching) & spel (deze uitdaging). Het enige dat je nodig hebt is een batterij; een logisch stel hersenen en wat tijd. Er is geen kracht nodig om de cache te openen, niets hoeft te worden geforceerd. In de cache is genoeg ruimte voor trackables en voor de kinderen ligt er iets leuks in om mee te nemen of te ruilen. Ook zijn er woodies voor de FTF, STF en TTF. Graag de cache weer achterlaten zoals gevonden dan kunnen andere geocachers ook een poging wagen. Denk je dat je de juiste combinatie weet te vinden? IMPORTANT: This gadget cache will require you to bring our own full 9V block battery to correctly find the combination to the lock. When you see FOUR green lights you will have the numbers needed to open the lock. You do not have to calculate or reason for the numbers. I'll try to leave a spare charged 9V batteries under the liftable top lid.
In the last week of school holidays, a huge spectacle takes place in the meadow that you can see at the opposite of the road. The IJsselsteinse Vakantie Ontspanning (IJVO) organizes a youth week where, an huge hut village with wooden pallets is build by 1850 primary school children with 450 volunteers. I am an active volunteer for over 20 years and help the children in 'my part' of the village with sport&games, theatre, crafts or just chilling in their self-made huts. If you are caching here in the last week of summer holidays, good chance you could see and hear the children at the opposite side of the road.
This cache is also a combination of sport (geocaching) & games (this challenge). The only things you need are the battery, a logical brain and some time. No strength is needed, nothing has to be forced. The cache has enough space for trackables and for kids there is something to take away or swap. For the FTF, STF and TTF there are woodies available.
