The sixth in a series of nine, taking you to all of the communities of Goshen County, Wyoming.
Torrington, Lingle, Ft. Laramie, Jay Em, Huntley, Veteran, Yoder, Hawk Springs and La Grange
(Actually, there is a tenth, bonus cache, if you complete all nine. There will be a piece of information/clue in each cache, on a popsicle stick.

Wyoming is my adopted state, with Torrington, Goshen County, as my adopted town. I have finally started hiding caches and wanted to see more mystery types, so I'm creating a Mystery Cache hide in each community in Goshen County. The physical caches shouldn't be too hard to locate, and the Mystery puzzles can all be solved from home with a little research. They are probably on the simple end of the spectrum and may be suitable to introduce new geocachers to mystery puzzles.

It does have a post office and a ZIP Code (82243).

The town is small, so all we will be adjusting from the posted coordinates are the last three digits of the minutes of the North and the West coordinates.

Since this town originally built up by mainly World War I veterans, let's use some current Army officer ranks to get those 6 digits
Once you have the correct coordinates, this should be a park and grab.
