Geocache Description:

Last Hide before/after Weir Point

More fallen trees, more slippery slate, loads more Bladder Wrack seaweed.

If walking eastwards towards Landulph, the foreshore path passes in front of Weir Point after this Cache. Research into Low Water tide times  is essential BEFORE passing this point. Planning should allow time to clear Weir Point as soon as the falling tide allows. Check out the "My Tide Times" App for accurate Cargreen Low Water times. This is a link to a PDF listing the dates of the low Spring Tides for the rest of 2023. www.lankidden.com/Low Water Spring Tide Times 2023.pdf  See Reference Waypoints below.

The distance between Weir Pont and Neal Pont is approximtely 725 metres. There are four difficult Caches to find between these two points, so allowing time for Cache finding must also be taken into account.
