Access to this carpark is very restricted, theres only short term parking unless you have a camper van. Possibly the best option is pay for the parking further down the hill at locals parking spots, or zoom in, do a swift driveby and the other option if you want to walk to Cathedral Cove is get a shuttle down at Hahei village.
