This multi-cache will take you from the Sea (The Atlantic Ocean:Stage 1) to the Sound (Currituck Sound: Stage 2), to the Final Stage, which is somewhere between the two in the beautiful community of Southern Shores. You will need to go to Stage 1 to find the North Coordinate for the Final, and to Stage 2 to find the West Coordinate to the Final, where the cache container is located.
Both Stages 1 and 2 are simply pieces of tape with the Final Stage's North & West coordinates written on them, and though concealed, they will be visible from the proper perspective. The Final is a small "Geocaching" container with a log, pencil, and some travel related trinkets, and it is hidden in a classic manner. Please re-cover as found.
This cache was set-up from a bicycle, and is intended to be bike-friendly for those willing to take the "tour". It's about 3 miles in total from start to finish along rolling, quiet, residential streets. Parking is available immediately nearby all 3 Stages if you prefer to drive, and although parking permits are required for extended visits, you should be fine in the brief time it should take to locate these.
