Morning Steps with a View Traditional Cache

These little known steps are used by dedicated locals for their morning exercise.  Depending on the time you may even see one of us.  If you accept the challenge you will be rewarded with views of the local surrounds.  Fun fact - After a heavy down pour the steps will tempoarily transform into a mini water fall. Cache is large but not suitable for swaps.
