This cache adds to an existing series of caches using an all too familiar item you've seen on many, many roadtrips.
The cache is in a neighbourhood area. Please be cautious, and quick. The cache isn't hard to find It is a public right of way. There are so many caches in the area, you could easily end up with 15 finds for a couple of hours of walking.
