Congratulations to fsibero for First-To-Find.
The ninth in a series of nine, taking you to all of the communities of Goshen County, Wyoming.
Torrington, Lingle, Ft. Laramie, Jay Em, Huntley, Veteran, Yoder, Hawk Springs and La Grange
(Actually, there is a tenth, bonus cache, if you complete all nine. There will be a piece of information/clue in each cache, on a popsicle stick.
Make sure you put the clue back in the cache.)

Wyoming is my adopted state, with Torrington, Goshen County, as my adopted town. I have finally started hiding caches and wanted to see more mystery types, so I'm creating a Mystery Cache hide in each community in Goshen County. The posted coordinates will take you to a town hall or post office. The physical caches shouldn't be too hard to locate, and the Mystery puzzles can all be solved from home with a little research. They are probably on the simple end of the spectrum and may be suitable to introduce new geocachers to mystery puzzles.
La Grange - Town Wikipedia Town Website

La Grange has a town hall,

and a volunteer fire department,

a post office...

and a large bible college (3 year program).
They also have a nice park on the south side of town with a bike/walk path and a simple 9-hole disc golf course
Having played disc golf a bit, the course is flat, with few obstacles, BUT any disc golf in Wyoming is a challenge because of the wind
The cache:
The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.
The posted coordinates will take you to the town hall.
To find the actual cache, find the missing digits from the following:
N 41° xx.xxx' W 104° xx.xxx'
using these pictures:

Where:
Black Angus = 1
Charolais = 2
Hereford = 3
Scottish Highland = 4
Simmental = 5
Limousin = 6
Gelbvieh = 7
Holstein = 8
American Brahman = 9
Texas Longhorn = 0
(The stick with the Bonus Cache Clue is missing, so the clue is now written on the log and also on the outside of the cache container.)
I have permission to place this cache.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
