C'est à l'intersection de la Rue Jules Ferry et du Chemin des Grands Près que se trouve l'un des deux lavoirs d'Igny Comblizy. Celui-ci est particulierement impressionnant par la taille de son bassin devant qui devait servir aux chevaux ainsi que par sa belle toiture à trois pans.
