This is my first geocache, it's a pretty easy one. This cache is located at RFL (technically RVA now, but no one calls it that). It used to be an airplane/radio testing site, the "Radio Frequency Lab", hence the name change. Once you find it, finish the walk, it's home to the area's local baseball games!
