Picknall Brook
This is the Picknall Brook. Once a pleasent babblling water course, like in this postcard from 1911, nowadays much of the source of its water is extracted before the brook gets here. Still, it's pleasant enough to muck around it.
This cache is a bit unusual. You may need to use a nearby resource to help you extract the cache from the container, unless you brought some with you.
Team work may be helpful.
This geocaching trail was laid in conjunction with the landowners along the route, the local councils, the "Transforming the Trent Valley" organisation, and the West Midlands Mega Crew. It was placed by the SOS group of Staffordshire Cachers.
