🇫🇮 Haastekätkö
Kätkö on annetuissa koordinaateissa, mutta ennen kuin voit logata kätkön löydetyksi, tulee sinun täyttää haasteen vaatimukset. Jos käyt purkilla ennen haasteen ehtojen täyttymistä, voit tehdä note-merkinnän. Jos et ole käynyt purkilla ja teet muistiinpanoja itseäsi varten, käytäthän personal note -kenttää, jotta kätkön watchlistille pistäneille ei tule turhia sähköposteja!
Haaste
Haasteen tarkoitus on kannustaa käymään Uudenmaan kuntien saarikätköillä sulan veden aikana. Jotta voit logata tämän kätkön löydetyksi, tulee sinun täyttää ensin haasteen vaatimukset. Haasteen vaatimukset ovat, että:
- Olet löytänyt vähintään neljäkymmentä (40) saarikätköä Uudenmaan kunnista 1.5.-30.11. välisenä aikana. Kätkölöytöjen ei tarvitse olla samalta kalenterivuodelta. Saarikätköksi katsotaan kätkö, jonka maastoarvo on 5 ja jossa on veneattribuutti.
- Saarikätkölöytöjä on oltava vähintään neljästä Uudenmaan kunnasta. Uudenmaan kuntia ovat Askola, Espoo, Hanko, Helsinki, Hyvinkää, Inkoo, Järvenpää, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Lapinjärvi, Lohja, Loviisa, Myrskylä, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Porvoo, Pukkila, Raasepori, Sipoo, Siuntio, Tuusula, Vantaa ja Vihti.
- Sallittuja ovat kaikki kätkötyypit, joihin sisältyy fyysinen kätköpurkki, eli tradi, multi, mysteeri, letterbox ja wherigo (sekä Project APE, jos sellainen sattuisi joskus Uudellemaalle saareen ilmestymään).
Kätkö
Kätkön terrainluokitus perillä saaressa on 5. Kätkö roikkuu komeassa kilpikaarnamännyssä, jossa ei ole alaoksia. Saadaksesi purkin käsiisi otathan mukaan noin kuuden metrin mittaisen teleskooppiongen tai vastaavan työkalun.
Saaressa on pohjoisrannalla ulkohuussi ja grillikatos sekä etelärannalla erillinen nuotiopaikka (nuotiota varten kannattaa ottaa omat puut mukaan). Lännessä on laituri ja potentiaalisia telttailupaikkoja.
🇬🇧 Challenge cache
The cache is located at the given coordinates. In order to log it as 'found' online, you have to fulfill the challenge requirements first. If you visit the physical cache first, you can log it online with a note, which you can change to a 'found' log as soon as you fulfill the requirements. If you have not visited the physical cache, please use the "personal note" field for your personal notes instead of posting a public note in order to avoid email spam for those who have the cache on their watchlist!
The Challenge
This challenge cache requires you to visit island caches in the Uusimaa region by boat. In order to log this challenge cache as found, you need to
- Visit at least forty (40) caches with a terrain rating of 5 and "boat required" attribute in the Uusimaa region between May 1st and November 30th. The calendar year is irrelevant.
- You must have found a T5 + "boat required" cache in at least four Uusimaa counties in order to qualify for the challenge. The counties in the Uusimaa region are: Askola, Espoo, Hanko, Helsinki, Hyvinkää, Inkoo, Järvenpää, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Lapinjärvi, Lohja, Loviisa, Myrskylä, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Porvoo, Pukkila, Raasepori, Sipoo, Siuntio, Tuusula, Vantaa and Vihti.
- Only those cache types with a physical container are allowed: traditional, multi, mystery, letterbox and wherigo caches (Project APE cache too, should one appear in Uusimaa with a terrain rating of 5 and the "boat required" attribute).
The Cache
The terrain rating of this challenge cache is 5 after reaching the island. The cache is hanging on a branch of a very old, fine pine with no lower branches. In order to reach the cache, bring a telescopic rod or a comparable tool, the cache is hanging some 6 metres above the ground.
There are a dry toilet and a shelter located near the northern shore of the island. You can find a pier and possible camping sites in the western part of the island and a fireplace in the south (bring your own coal or firewood).
