This cache is what's known as a "creative cache", or "gadget cache". You'll have to do something to get the lock off of it so you can sign the log sheet.
This cache is placed in celebration of DelicateFlower & Tim's 50th Wedding Anniversary! There is an anniversary card inside that doubles as the log, so make sure you sign it. When it's full, it will be given to DelicateFlower & Tim.
Tim and Lynn were married May 20, 1972 at St. Mary’s Church in Galena, IL. They both grew up in Galena. When Tim was home from the Navy, he was introduced to Lynn through one of his sisters. Tim would give his sister and Lynn rides in his white 1969 Pontiac LeMans, and then they started dating.
They have lived the entirety of their 50 year marriage in Rockford, IL. They have 3 children (Andrea, Adam, and Andy) and 6 grandchildren. Noah, Claire, Carleigh, Shane, Amelia, and Connor.
Once they both retired, Lynn mentioned this new hobby she was interested in called geocaching. Lynn learned about geocaching through her brother "KirkF" who is also an avid geocacher. Their geocaching adventures began in June 2014, and they now have tens of thousands of finds and memories, amongst many of their own hides which include ones that are dedicated to each of their grandchildren.
Tim has been nicknamed “Eagle Eye” because he is great at spotting those cleverly hidden caches, but you won't need an eagle eye to spot this hide. Have fun!
