The Story
This little country store is an unofficial landmark in Rockbridge County; it's had several owners over the years. Back in the 80s-90s they did a little bit of everything: they sold cheap gas, made food (including homemade country ham biscuits 😋,) sold beer and lotto tickets, and rented movies.

All the locals went there to hang out; it offered pretty much the only entertainment for miles. Visiting this store was a big event for many of us growing up.
It was an important part of my life during my early years, so I wanted to place a cache to honor it.
The Cache

This is a screw-top camo container with enough room to trade small items and small trackables.
After you sign the log and do any trading, please put the container back EXACTLY as you found it, so it doesn't get muggled or damaged by the weed-whacker.
Please: if you take an item, leave an item. If you have several kids in your group and they each take an item, then please leave an item for each of them. I really want to keep this cache well-stocked for everyone to enjoy for years to come! ☺️
