Something strange had been happening lately. A few weeks ago I found a brand new cammo sprayed and stocked LnL kicking around in the bushes for nothing.
A few days ago as I was looking for a puzzle cache at a certain location I found it twice: a newer replacement hidden by the CO previously and then lost (just a few meters away) and the old original refound by the CO when the newer replacement got lost. I removed the newer one, signed the original, combined the two logs and then as I was leaving I saw this PB jar in the open from a few meters away. (Why couldn't it be a $20 bill?) I thought I found a third incarnation -- I could see the logbook had some signatures even! -- yet this was something different: a geocache hidden by a Loic & Zack which was never published due to either proximity issues or any other reason (I can come up with many reasons why I never finish hiding a cache).
I normaly always CITO, especially close to home, but this find was too good to just through away so I decided to actually hide it properly. Who knows, maybe Loic & Zack will be able to find it in its new location?
