Geocache Description:

Penn, the village that inspired the state of Pennsylvania USA.  It is also reputed to be haunted by the ghost of an 18th century farm labourer who appears laughing, on a phantom horse.  The village has also been used as a film location for Nanny McFee, Midsomer Murders and ChuckleVision.

This is a series of caches around the Penn area, mostly traditional caches but also includes a Mystery Cache and a Multi Cache.  If you are doing the whole series, it will pay off to solve the Multi Cache first to save you retracing your steps.

Pen and tweezers may come in handy and a couple of the caches also have room for swaps and travel bugs.

The cache is not at the posted coordinate.  In the "tardis" you will find an information board with interesting information about Penn Village.
