The cache was once hidden at the bottom of the posted coords but mysteriously disappeared. Not there any longer- maybe the Red Herrings removed it?

They're BACKKKKKKKKK! Your favorite fish and their secret codes. The Red Herrings know that many of you are "on to them." So they have to continue coming up with something knew (who new?) to "keep you on your toes." This is their latest effort. You will have to figure out how to decode the information here in order to obtain the actual coords for the cache. Pretty straight-forward- maybe! Just ask the Red Herrings, but they may not be speaking.
