Bowman Lake was established in the 1960’s containing campsite, a beach, picnic tables, a boat launch and trails on 653 acres making it one of the largest campgrounds in Central New York. Some of the trails can be muddy after a rain and be sure to use plenty of bug spray to protect you from ticks, black flies and other insects.
