Without mnkat I probably would not have begun caching. Years ago she invited me on a walk after lunch at work conference in Mankato.
A walk.
I quickly learned that the word walk was covert for finding a tiny object concealed within a shrub or under a railing or bench or in a crack in a wall. While I didn't quite take to caching until many years later, mnkat continued on without me.
Despite taking an extended break from caching herself, mnkat has been a caching minibeast the last couple of years, and now she has found her 5,000th (and then some) cache. So to mnkat I say,
Congratulations! Huzzah! Hip, Hip, Hooray Squeak!!
