As most area residents watched this round structure being built over the past 2 years, many have wondered why, what and who? Well, I don't know the answer to any of those questions, but I do know that this Park and Grab will at least allow you the reason to stop and admire this very unique structure. You will notice the numbers on the top of the structure, they are unique and tell a bit of story. They tell the address, year and the county in which this structure is located, quite interesting.
