Come join us on Angel Island for a hot dog social. And find a few geocaches.
Catch the ferry in Tiburon at 10am or 11am. Arrive early to park your car and get tickets ($15). Or get your tickets online ($16) ahead ot time.
After you get off the ferry, it's about 2 miles (and 5 geocaches) clockwise around the island to the event, or about 3 1/2 miles (and 12 geocaches) counter-clockwise.
If you want to do the Lab Caches on the island, you'll need to go counter-clockwise.
Bicycles are recommended. You can rent one on the island for $64 a day.
Hot dogs will be provided. Or bring your own lunch. We'll have a BBQ going if you want to cook something. Bring your own beverage.
You can catch a return ferry at 1:20 pm, 2:20 pm, 3:20 pm, 4:20 pm, or 5:20 pm.
