Langbar Loop #1: Intro & Start

This is the 1st of a series of 15 caches which will take you on a 4.75km loop from Addingham across the suspension bridge, then up along lanes and across farmland to Langbar via the ancient sunken 400m long Narrow Lane.
After a short road section contour, the return leg descends along the top of the west bank of the steep-sided Holden Gill before crossing the fields back to the lanes and footpath back to the bridge.
It should be doable within 2.5-3 hours at an easy pace, allowing for frequent stops for caching activities and to admire the views - especially to the south which become increasingly impressive with the 130m gain in elevation up to the hamlet of Langbar.

To Reach the Cache Location: park at N 53 56.705 W 1 52.496 at the side of Bark Lane adjacent to the start of the Addingham to Beamsley footpath.
After securing your cachemobile, head down the trail across the suspension bridge, passing over the location of GC7EJRY WRW #20, and continue along the tree-lined footpath running along the west side of West Hall Beck to the cache location.
