Capital GeoBash Early Bird Polo Shirts

Polo Shirts are now available to order:
The main feature on the official apple green shirt is Canberra’s Fauna emblem of the Gang Gang Cockatoo.
The Cockatoo has been enlarged from a 5,000 stitch bird to a 10,000 stitch main feature on the shirt. All sizes are $55 . Mens shirts have 3 buttons and ladies a v-neck. It includes stunning large silver contrast embroidery with a line for first name, Geocaching name and optional TB code.
Early bird Polo shirt orders will have a cut off date of Nov 14th 2022.
All orders after this date will be $60 and handed out at the event at Easter 2024.
Early bird polo shirts will hand made and mailed to the purchaser around 6th December 2022.
Postage is as follows :
$10 includes up to 4 shirts in Australian states.
$15 includes up to 4 shirts to NZ.
Canberra locals can choose the $10 postage or there will be an event around the 10th of December for local pick-up.

Geocache Description:

08 October 2022, 12:00 - 14:00

This one day event is set for Saturday 8th October and will commence at 12 noon and conclude at 2 pm . We have the whole Homestead building reserved for our event .

There is comfortable seating for over 200. Air Conditioning,toilets and plenty of TV's around the room will feature. Parking will be within 50m of the building.

There will be a luncheon available, already set with the chef and kitchen staff and the menu is now displayed below.

 

 A special chat will be given by complex General Manager David Grigg.

There will be a free raffle for all attendees.First prize will be a $ 175  Surrender Spa Package sponsored by endota spa ,Belconnen.

There will be a free onsite orientation game for all attendees for prizes.

Bring along your TB's for the huge display table. An extra free raffle for all TB entries will be included as well.

There will be a group photo indoors during the event. This will be the homebase for the 2024 Captital GeoBash at Easter.

All Presentations will start at 1.30 pm .Committee members are not eligible for prizes.

The Committee looks forward to your " Will Attend " and company and dont forget to bring along as many TB's as you can for the day.

 

OFFICIAL MENU FOR GEOCACHERS - MEALS ARE OPTIONAL- ITS A BUFFETT STYLE SO YOU CAN HAVE AS MUCH AS YOU WANT IN FOOD AND DRINKS FROM THE BUFFET. KIDS UNDER 10 YEARS OLD EAT FREE WITH A PAYING ADULT.

  • Beef and a Vegetable lasagne
  • Desserts
  • Garden salads
  • Coffee and Tea available
  • Fresh Juice and  water
  • Whole fruit  

Price per head is $25 per person .Eftpos or cash. There is no cash change,so must be exact.

All dietaries will be catered for.

Children attending under 10 will eat lunch for free with a paying adult parent.
