Leaving Chatham to the north you will spot an old two story building which appears to be a store or resaurant on the first floor and an apartment on the second. It is deserted and has been for some time. DO NOT ENTER THIS BUILDING. THERE ARE NO SIGNS, BUT THE INTERIOR MAY BE DANGEROUS, ESPECIALLY THE WOODEN PORCH ON THE NORTH SIDE. Searching after dark is probably not a good idea. Co-ordinates were determined by averaging the read out. While I am not always here, my SO lives here and can help with log replacement and so on. While ghosts and such have not been spotted, - well, this is a bit spooky. Congrats to Magen Turner for FTF with less than 50 finds. So let it be written; so let it be done.
