This cache is placed along the Old Mine trail which can be accessed from Sunken Mine Road or from the Three Lakes trail. The parking coordinates are for a lot at the north end of Sunken Mine Rd that is about ½ mile from the trail head. During the summer you can also park in one of several individual spaces along Sunken Mine Road, which is dirt but mostly well graded. The trailhead coordinates indicate where the Old Mine trail reaches Sunken Mine Rd. The intersection between the Old Mine trail and the Three Lakes trail is at N41 26.135 W073 51.406.
