Sapienza Gardens was established in 2007 after the tragic loss of long time teacher and principal of Pascack Valley Regional High School, Dr. Barbara Sapienza. Since that time, countless volunteer hours and seven Eagle Scout projects have helped to convert the land into a lovely place to visit and take a hike through the woods.
