On March 12, 1866, Wallace Overton and his wife conveyed a parcel of land behind the Medhodist-Episcopal Church on Blue Point Ave to be used exclusively as a cemetery or a burial ground. The cemetery is located today behind the Blue Point Firehouse and library on Blue Point Ave. The entrance to the cemetery is on Madison Street thur the library parking lot. Cemetery hours are dawn to dusk. No night caching, this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Be Repectful while here. The cache is located away from monuments and graves.

Raymond Davis, born 14 Oct 1914, Washington, District of Columbia, death- 31 May 2006[age 91]. Mr. Davis was a Chemist and a Nobel Prize recipient. He shared the 2002 Nobel Prize for Physics with Masatoshi Koshiba and Riccardo Giacconi.
