America's only Nobel Prize winning playwright, Eugene O'Neill, chose to live in Northern California at the height of his writing career. Isolated from the world and within the walls of his home, O'Neill wrote his final and most memorable plays; The Iceman Cometh, Long Day's Journey Into Night, and A Moon for the Misbegotten.
This series of caches is themed around the National Parks of California, including national monuments, historic sites, seashores, and more. It will take you along Bay Road and Atherton. All of the caches were placed within a few feet of the road and there is no need to go into private property. All park descriptions are cited from the National Park Service's website.
Please replace as found and please be stealthy as most of the caches are placed in suburban areas.
