Puolarmaari on kasvava ulkoilukeskus Espoon 880 hehtaarin keskuspuiston yhteydessä. Alueella on talvella hiihtoladut ja tekojäärata sekä ympärivuotinen ulkoilmakuntosali, nuotiopaikka, suosittu metsäinen discgolf-kenttä, 4,2 km maastopyöräreitti ja kahvila. Ulkoilukeskuksessa on useiden urheiluseurojen, kuten suunnistuksen, tilat ja sieltä löytyy myös monia kuvauksellisia mökkejä ja niiden viljelyalueita. Puolarmaarissa on myös useita erinomaisia geokätköjä - ja nyt myös TB-hotelli.
Puolarmaari is a growing outdoor recreational centre connected to Espoo's 880-hectare Central Park. The area boasts its own ski trails and an artifical ice rink in the winter, and a year-round open-air gym, fire pit, popular woodland disc golf course, a 4.2km mountain bike trail and cafe. Several outdoor-orientated clubs have facilities on-site and there is a large area full of picturesque cottages and their allotments. Puolarmaari is also home to several excellent geocaches - and now a TB hotel as well.
