This song was written by Steven Taylor and Tom Hamilton and performed by the band Aerosmith. It was released in 1989 on the album Pump. In 1990 it peaked at #2 on the US Billboard Album Rock chart. In Australia, it reached number one status and in Canada number two on the charts. At the time, certain lyrics were ‘mellowed’ for radio play but the original words are used during live performances by the band. At the Grammy Awards in 1990 the song won the band Best Rock Performance by a Group with Vocal.
