Continuing on from ‘What a Tharking Great View!’ is Another Tharking Great View! With views towards Cathedral Rock, Montagu Thumbs, Mount Montagu, and the Huon Valley, this location is also pretty much the end of the ridge.
From here on in, the track begins to descend quite rapidly, dropping around 300m in elevation over about 2.5km. The terrain is less friendly too with overgrown vegetation, boggy tracks, and large boulders to negotiate, although there are plenty of yellow markers and cairns to follow.
