Skeletons Waterhole Creek consists of a series of shallow pools only connected by water during the rainy season, leaving a skeletal outline on the ground when dry.
Within view of the Skeleton Creek Viaduct is an awesome place to sit and relax after a long walk. Enjoy the view, watch the ducks & listen to the other birds.
This small bison cache is hidden well, amongst the trees to the left of the seat. If you don’t want to walk, there is access from a local court (Bromage Close), bring a pen/pencil and if you walk up a bit (away from the Viaduct) you will see a small park.
Be careful of snakes, especially during the warmer months. Please place the cache where found & be careful of mugglers, as the walking track can get busy.
