Larkspur Park is a small, pretty park on the southeast side of Bend. Besides a children's play area and walking trails, the park is also the location of the Bend Senior Center and the Larkspur Community Center. I visit this park often as do many others, so, the area can have a high concentration of muggles at any given time. You are looking for a bison tube, so bring your own pencil.
