While GPS can be bouncy in this area, the Google satellite view accurately marks ground zero.
It is imperative that you return the cache so that it is retrievable for the next finder. Placing the cache back improperly drastically increases the difficulty and retrievability.
Please use stealth as I suspect this area can be busy on certain days or at certain times.
