While out grabbing a new cache further up the canyon today, I stopped by here to check on an archived cache. There used to be a cache in this exact spot GC496Y8 - Wind Caves Series (1of 11) but it was archived in 2018. I had a feeling it was still here and it was right where I left it as the last finder. The cache is in great shape all tucked away in it's hidey hole. I figured that it was such a great place that I cleared off the cobwebs and left it there and will turn that (geo-)trash to (geo-)cache. I added a new notebook for the log and left the old log book in place.
If you found the former version of this cache it should be an easy find assuming you have a good memory. It will at least be a nice stroll down memory lane.
This is a very busy trail so try your best to be sneaky so it will last many more years.
