Marko Ramius: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that you have adequate permission to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. Based upon information from a recent finder, I have to question whether permission for this cache was obtained. As such I feel compelled to archive this listing for the good of the game and the caching community.
